Founded in 2021 by Peter Jaroch, Iron Skull Gym is a place to find your strength and stretch your limitations. If our founder can do it, anyone can.
Peter wasn’t always in superstar shape. At 30, he was tired, flabby, and got winded just watching his 5-year-old daughter practice Taekwondo. He knew that something had to change if he wanted to be the best father to his little girl.
He ditched the cigarettes and hit the gym. Finding his stride, he didn’t stop there. Peter immersed himself in Crossfit, Kettlebell training, and Krav Maga. Eventually, he earned PN Certification and passed the KMG General Instructors Course for Krav Maga in Bratislava. He goes back and forth to Poland to continue his education and learn from the best.
Iron Skull Gym is Peter’s way of giving back to the community and showing everyone that physical transformation is not only possible, but attainable.
