No, each topic and techniques will be taught from the ground up and requires no prior knowledge.

Workshop will be 4 hours long. But don’t worry, you won’t be swinging kettlebell for 4 hours. Each kettlebell movement will be covered with lots of technical details. You will have time to catch a breath.

No. No fitness or previous skill are required. You will always come back for more!

When it comes to physical activity, there are no absolute guarantees of safety. However, injuries in training are a rare occurrence. Our instructors will ensure that your training is conducted with safety in mind.
