Each position hold for 1 min each on both sides

1. Pull overhead good morning

2. Pull overhead biceps and triceps

3. Pull sideways externally

4. Pull sideways internally

WOD

30min partner AMRAP (I go You go)

Perform on 1set on one side:

Clean

Press - up

Back Lunge

Press - down - up

Back Lunge

Press - down

Front Squat

when both done - switch side
